Endeavor 2-Day Wrap-up, Bluefin Tuna to 240-Pounds

Fun 2-day trip for our last charter with 18 Bluefin Tuna, 6 of which were 50 to 80lb the rest being from #140 to #240 to go along with 22 plump Yellowtail, and limits of cod.

Cody checking in for the Island Spirit out of Ventura Harbor Sportfishing with the latest. This morning they started out fishing whitefish, sheepshead, rockfish, and sculpin. Later on in the day they caught some bass, bonito, and some barracuda. Their 34 anglers ended up with 163 whitefish, 17 rockfish, 15 sculpin, 10 sheepshead, 1 lingcod, 7 barracuda, and 2 calico bass. Cody checking in for the Island Spirit out of Ventura Harbor Sportfishing with the latest. Lots of fish around, but it was difficult to get a bite. Luckily they ended up finding a spot of barracuda that wanted to bite. Their 24 anglers ended up with 89 barracuda, 11 calico bass, 3 bonito, 1 yellowtail, 39 whitefish, 7 rockfish, and some sculpin. Cody checking in for the Island Spirit out of Ventura Harbor Sportfishing with the latest. They started the morning off in the shallows picking away at whitefish, sheepshead, rockfish, and others. In the afternoon they found a spot of barracuda that wanted to bite and picked up some bass to go with it. They ended up with 101 barracuda, 4 calico bass, 1 bonito, 138 whitefish, 15 rockfish, 11 sheepshead, 4 sculpin, and 1 lingcod. Cody has the full current report for you below.
